Cancellation Policy
For bookings where no separate cancellation terms have been agreed, the following standard cancellation policy applies:
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
After this period, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
§1 Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to the booking and use of holiday accommodations brokered by Agentur Aberle.
The contractual partner of the guest is the respective property owner; Agentur Aberle acts solely as an intermediary.
§2 Booking and Conclusion of Contract
By booking an accommodation, the guest submits a binding offer to conclude a rental agreement.
The contract is concluded upon booking confirmation issued by the Agency on behalf of the property owner.
The Agency assumes no liability for the proper performance of services by the property owner.
§3 Payment Terms
Payment shall be made in accordance with the booking conditions via the payment methods provided by the Agency.
The exact payment and cancellation terms are specified in the booking confirmation.
§4 Cancellation and No-Show
Cancellations must be made in writing.
The cancellation terms stated during the booking process shall apply.
In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full rental price remains payable.
§5 Use of the Accommodation
The guest undertakes to treat the accommodation and its furnishings with care.
Any damage must be reported immediately.
Subletting is not permitted.
The house rules and quiet hours form an integral part of the rental agreement and must be observed by the guest.
§6 Liability
The guest is liable for any damage caused by them to the accommodation, its furnishings, or outdoor facilities.
The Agency accepts no liability for personal belongings of the guest or for vehicles parked on the property.
The Agency is not liable for failures or restrictions in the use of accommodation facilities (e.g. internet, sauna), unless caused by gross negligence or intent.
Liability for consequential damages, in particular travel or loss-of-income damages, is excluded.
The Agency is not liable for weather-related or natural restrictions, technical defects of the building or its equipment, provided these were not caused by gross negligence on the part of the Agency.

Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
